Aurevaz ChainLock ("we", "our", or "the Protocol") is a non-custodial, decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to lock ERC-20 and LP tokens across multiple blockchain networks. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

By using Aurevaz ChainLock at aurevaz.xyz, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Aurevaz ChainLock is a non-custodial protocol. We do not:

  • Collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Store your private keys or wallet seed phrases — these never leave your device.
  • Have access to your funds. All token locks happen directly on-chain via smart contracts.
  • Require account registration or login credentials.

3. Information We May Collect

3.1 Blockchain Data

When you interact with our smart contracts, your wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the public blockchain. This data is immutable, public, and not controlled by us. Anyone can view it on block explorers like Polygonscan, BscScan, or Arbiscan.

3.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. This helps us improve the user experience. Google Analytics data is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy. You can opt out using a browser extension or by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

3.3 Technical Data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser types, and referring URLs. This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and DDoS protection. We do not personally identify users from this data.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services that may process data independently:

  • WalletConnect / ConnectKit — for wallet connection. Subject to WalletConnect's privacy policy.
  • GeckoTerminal API — for token price chart data. No personal data is sent.
  • Trust Wallet Assets CDN — for token logo images. No personal data is sent.
  • Alchemy / Infura — as RPC providers for blockchain reads. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • Google Analytics (G-NQ6EP7Z8R3) — anonymized usage analytics.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Our website may use functional cookies for session state and preferences (e.g., selected network). Google Analytics may set cookies for usage tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect personal data, there is minimal risk of a data breach affecting your personal information. All smart contract interactions are secured by blockchain cryptography. We do not operate backend servers that store user data.

7. Children's Privacy

Aurevaz ChainLock is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. DeFi protocols involve financial risk and require a sufficient level of technical understanding.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the protocol after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
